I'm back..

Thanks for the support from my friends. So today im going to write my blog. And do I really have face problem?? Haha. I actually don care. Face problem then face problem lo. As long as there will be someone like me then can liao. ^.^

Yesterday I went to tanjung bidara beach for taekwondo beach training. The objective of this training is to train how to fall. I know that it sounds weird why want to go to beach to train how to fall. But the reason is that at the beach when we fall we will not have the full impact on us and also it will not cut or bruise us. 

We go there by bus. So early in the morning at 6am I woke and prepare and go to MMU round about to meet at 6.45am. when I reach there only Sharon is there. And slowly more and more people came. So the bus came at 7am. And we started our journey at bout 7.15am. Cause I never sleep well at night so on the bus I slept. It took 45 min to reach the beach. We brought along some food there for breakfast. 

When we reach there we feel a bit regret cause we saw a lot of monkeys there and they all looks hungry. So we put our stuff down and then go do some warm up for the training. And of coarse there is a guy that became our penjaga monyek. His job is constantly chasing away the monkeys so that they don take our food or dig our bags. So after some warm up our taekwondo master came.

So he starts to teach some basic fall, which is the forward fall. Starting we 1st learn how to fall from our knee level. Then slowly upgrade our self to standing position fall. I dono did I do wrong or correct because when I fall I fell the pain on my arms. Then after quite some training then we did a row and fall one by one from one side to another. Is quite fun at the beginning but after a few times my arms start to pain then I don fell like doing it anymore. But is forced to do. Haizz…

Next will be the fall to the back. This fall is quite simple. So after some training then the master teaches us the scenario where we will use this fall. So we do this two by two where one will throw another guy down on the ground and we will need to fall in the correct way. It feels really more comfortable than the way we always fall. And of coarse when we fall some sand fly up and land on us. So some also land inside our mouth. 

Bout 11 something we take our lunch break. We have bee hoon and also doughnuts. And there is somebody cook spaghetti for all of us to eat. It is nice.^^ thanks. And when we are eating the doughnuts because it has sugar on top when I eat I dono am I biting sugar or sand. Coz some tastes sweet but some has no taste. But when you are hungry anything is nice. Haha…

After that so learn forward roll. There is somebody that dono how to do. So we are teaching them. Then after that those seniors did two sand mountains about 50cm tall. Then we need to roll over the mountains. First master ask the boys to line up and roll one by one, everybody must try. Some are really good. But some is not that good. But at least they try. Then after we do 2 rounds, then master ask the girls also to try. Then the girls are very “good” mannered, they like to let others first. There are some who did not try coz they say they still cant roll yet, but then there is a girl that cry cause she cant do it. Haiz… Then after this training we finish our beach training. Then some of the guys straight jump down to the water and play. At 2pm we start to pack our stuff and go back. 

By the time I went back is about 3pm. When I reach my room I take my towel and straight go to the toilet to take my bath. Wash away all the sand that stuck in my hair, wash away all the sand on my body and also wash my sandy cloths. Then after that I go sleep. Just a few hours training and I can be quite tired and also my arms hurt, my back hurts.

Today, I manage to wake up. But my whole upper body hurts. When I use strength I can feel the pain. So is better to not use too much strength to do things. Then I took my own sweet time to prepare my things to class. And slowly walk to math class at 9am. When I go into class teacher still not yet start class. And then I notice that there are only 12 students in the class. And they say there are only 10 students in last week’s physic class. So math is better than physics. But when teacher start her class some came in. so finally there are bout 20+ students who turn up. 


Then next is English class. As usual when we go into class teacher sits quietly at his table, and we talking softly among our self. And after about 2 mins, he show a very angry face and told us to call all our friends that are not coming to class or don plan to class to come now. John and I are like so shocked. Then we go out of the class room and start to call all our friends. He calls who ever that is in his contact list and I call mine. All of those that we call are still sleeping. We woke them up and asked them to come class quick because teacher is angry and say that if they don’t come he might fail their academic essay. 

So when class starts, I think teacher cant take the serious face anymore so he smiles a bit when telling us bout our mistakes in our academic essay. Apparently my academic essay is quite good thanks to S.S. he did the whole thing. I just help in the reference part and printing part. But what S.S. not happy is because in our essay teacher never write ‘good attempt’ but he write that in You Kang’s essay. So we told him is because teacher knows that he can write a good essay but for You Kang, he never expect so much but the conclusion is too good so teacher say that he have a good attempt. S.S. never mind this means that u are pro that u can write goodly, and You Kang not that im saying u are not good is just that u are not as good as S.S. but you are sure better than me. :)

So after this class and it is the end of today’s class. So it is lunch time and went to plaza siswa to eat with S.S. Then after that is going back to room and take a good nap. And today is a nice day. The weather is so good, so cooling. So nice to sleep. Haha….

Tonight went to taekwondo training. Everybody’s arm also pain. So not only me. Haha.. Luckily today I not doing much training but training others. So I don really use much strength.
